Membership not approved: If your application isn't approved after our reference review, we'll refund your membership fee in full.

Membership approved: Once you're approved, membership fees are non-refundable.

Background check ($35): Refundable until the check is run. After that, our screening provider charges us for each check, so we can't refund it.

ID verification ($5): Refundable until your verification is complete.

Trial Stay Agreement ($5 for non-members): non-refundable once signed.

Gift memberships: If the recipient isn't approved, the giver gets a full refund.
